Talibi App

Talibi — The school management platform designed for Moroccan private schools. Built with principals, for principals.

Your school's status is displayed automatically. Wherever you are, at any time.

---

FOR PRINCIPALS AND ADMINISTRATION

• Management: a single interface. Absences, tardiness, outstanding balances. The morning briefing is ready before your coffee.

• At-risk students: identify students at risk of dropping out before the parent-teacher conference.

• Finances: know who owes, how much, and since when.

• Checks: cashed, bounced, to be deposited — complete tracking.

• Debt collection: payment promises and reminders.

• Expenses: by category, alongside receipts.

• Announcements: publish a targeted announcement and see who has read it.

• Accounts and roles: each member sees exactly what they need to see. • Weekly Report: Your week, summarized without having to ask.

---

FOR TEACHERS

• Grades and absences: Enter them in 30 seconds, from your phone.

• Homework: Published as soon as it's assigned.

• Timetable: Your classes and students at a glance.

• Less data entry, more teaching.

---

FOR PARENTS

• Academic monitoring: Real-time grades and absences.

• Communication: Directly with the school, via an official channel.

• Financial status: What's still owed, receipts, payment schedule.

• Transportation: Track the bus live, know when your child arrives.

• Lunch: Menus, reservations, pay-as-you-go billing.

---

FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL

• Transportation: Live tracking, boarding and alighting recorded. The driver confirms "bus checked empty" before closing. • Cafeteria: charged per meal served, not per meal planned.

• Queue: exit becomes an orderly flow.

• Requests: transfers, withdrawals, class changes—each request has a status.

• Pick-up: families in the same neighborhood organize themselves, within a framework managed by the school.

---

THE APP IS ACCESSIBLE:
• On mobile (iOS and Android)
• On large screens, from any browser
• Even on 4G

---

Hosted on Microsoft Azure. Your data is secure, isolated by school, and belongs to you.
