The application is only accessible to individuals accredited by the Council. Observers create their accounts using their email address, accreditation card number, and the team they belong to. The account then remains pending approval by the coordinator before activation.

■ What the Application Offers
The application provides a range of digital functions to facilitate the observation process, including:
* Structured observation forms, divided by theme, with the ability to track progress on each form.
* Saving forms as drafts and completing them later without losing any data.
* Attaching photos, videos, or audio recordings related to the observation, when necessary.
* Recording the geographical location when submitting the form, allowing the observation to be linked to its geographical area.
* Accessing the submission history and tracking the status of each form.
* Utilizing a smart assistant to answer questions related to the procedures, legal texts, and regulations governing the electoral process, based on the sources mentioned above.
* Submitting content suspected of being misleading or suspicious (video, image, audio clip, or link) for verification.
* Enabling coordinators to review and approve forms submitted by team members, or return them for completion or correction as needed.
■ Protection of Personal Data
The data collected is strictly limited to what is necessary for the observation mission.
The application does not include any advertising tracking or continuous geolocation tracking; only one geolocation is recorded when the form is submitted.
Data is transmitted via an encrypted connection. Each user can delete their account directly from within the application.
Through these measures, this application aims to provide a secure and reliable digital environment that supports independent and impartial election observation, while respecting the principles of personal data protection and the independence of the observation process.
