Most calls to a small business are routine: opening hours, prices, a booking, an order status. Zvani's voice assistant handles those and writes down what was said. What it could not finish — a transfer nobody picked up, a caller who asked to be rung back, someone who hung up unhappy — is what this app is for.

Whether the assistant is answering, who is on the line right now, how many calls it handled alone today and how many need you, with the week behind them. One switch turns the assistant off and back on.

A CALL LIST THAT SORTS ITSELF
Attention first: calls grouped by caller and by why they need you. Then everything new, then all calls by day, with a filter by period and assistant. Each row says who rang, what it was about and what went wrong.

THE WHOLE CALL, NOT A SUMMARY OF A SUMMARY
Every call opens as the assistant's own summary, what to do next as a checklist, the transcript with timestamps, the recording, and the facts the analysis extracted. One button marks it reviewed; Undo takes that back.

TELL THE ASSISTANT WHAT IT GOT WRONG
Leave a remark on any call — a mistake, something to improve, or praise — and see it marked applied or dismissed once the team has acted on it.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STAY QUIET
Choose which events are worth a push: an unanswered transfer, a requested callback, an unhappy caller, a hot lead, good news. Set quiet hours and a daily cap. Act straight from the notification — mark reviewed or snooze without opening the app.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Anything you do offline is queued and sent when the connection returns. The last calls you looked at stay readable underground.

MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS
Switch workspaces from the top of the screen. Each keeps its own calls, its own settings and its own notifications.
