DANAKKA is a fishing companion app that uses GPS to find fishing spots near you, check real-time tides, water temperature, and weather, and record your catch in the community.

📍 Fishing Spots Near You

We show you breakwaters and rocky shore points closest to your current location, sorted by distance. Once you arrive at the actual point, you can turn on your camera to instantly check the expected fish species, bait, and depth information for that spot.

🌊 Real-time Tide, Water Temperature, & Weather + Today's Fishing Index

Upon arrival at a point, you can check the tide, water temperature, and weather in real-time. We also display a comprehensive index that lets you know at a glance whether today is a good day for fishing. You can also check sunrise and sunset times as well as the phases of the moon (refer to the tides).

🎣 Expected Fish Species & Bait Recommendations

Based on the season, water temperature, tide, and your selected bait, we show you the fish species most likely to be caught right now, along with their probabilities. For species with closed seasons or minimum size limits, we provide guidance based on relevant regulations.

📏 Measure Size with Photos

Take a photo with a reference object (such as a coin), and we will automatically calculate the length of the fish you caught.

📖 Your Own Fish Encyclopedia

Your encyclopedia fills up every time you fish. You receive congratulatory notifications when you catch a new species or set a personal best. As you level up, you can also earn "Fun Angler" titles.

👥 Fishing Report Community

Upload photos of your catch, their size, and bait information to the community to share with other anglers. You can also check the all-time best records ("Records of the Sea") for the same fishing spot.

🏆 Weekly Missions & Leaderboard

Challenge your rankings by catching target species that change every week, and compete against other anglers in the regional rankings.
