About Kitchen Inventory Manager
Kitchen Inventory Manager helps you keep your home or professional kitchen supplies organized: what's in the fridge, freezer, pantry and cabinets, what's expiring soon and what needs to be purchased.
STORAGE PLACES AND PRODUCTS
• The fridge, freezer, pantry and kitchen cabinets are already there. Add your own storage places, such as the basement or bar cabinet.
• For each product, you can mark the quantity, unit (pcs, pack, g, kg, ml, l), purchase date and shelf life - "best before" or "use by".
• If desired, add a photo, category, price and note.
SHELF LIFE IS IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES
• The home screen shows what has expired, what will expire today and what will expire in the coming days.
• You can see in the calendar how many products will expire on which day.
• You choose the length of the warning period (1–14 days).
The application does not send notifications or ask for permission. Reminders are within the app: on the home screen, in the calendar, and as a badge in the bottom bar.
COSTS AND REMAINDERS
• Mark how much you used - the remaining quantity is updated immediately.
• Replenish your stock after a shopping trip, optionally with the price and new expiration date.
SELF-FILLING SHOPPING LIST
• Set a minimum quantity for a product. If the stock drops below this, the product will appear on the shopping list with the missing quantity.
• Add your own lines to the list and share it with a message.
INVENTORY
• Count the entire kitchen or one storage location.
• The app compares the counted quantity with the one on the list, highlights the shortages and surpluses with their value, and corrects the stock.
LOSSES AND PURCHASE EXPENSES
• Write off a spoiled or expired product and select the reason.
• Statistics show the estimated cost of losses, reasons, and categories where losses are highest.
• You can see your shopping expenses by category and month.
EXPORT
• Stock list, inventory report, write-offs, purchases and shopping list as CSV or PDF file.
• Backup and restore file.
PRIVATE AND FREE
• All data is only on your device. No account required and the app does not use internet connection.
• No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
The app does not evaluate food safety. Tracking shelf life helps you remember, you always make the decision yourself.
