VidZap: Video Cleaner & Player

Got way too many videos on your phone? It gets exhausting just trying to watch or clean them up, right?
I built this app to make video management a whole lot easier.

■ Why I built this app
At first, it was simple: "I just want to delete identical or similar videos and free up space." But as I actually started using my own app, thoughts kept popping up:

* "Wait, is just one thumbnail really enough to tell?"
* "Hidden dot folders are being skipped, so I can't check them."
* "I want to delete files on my SD card too."
* "If I could manage videos on my NAS, I could clean up even more stuff..."
* "Wouldn't it be way easier if I could just delete unwanted videos right while watching them?"
* "If people are playing videos inside the app anyway, the player better be super smooth and easy to use!"

And that's how features kept getting added one by one—and it's still evolving today!

■ Here’s what you can do:

・"I want to find similar videos, but a single thumbnail isn't enough."
Even if file names don't match, it detects "similar videos" with different resolutions or bitrates and groups them together. You can adjust the detection sensitivity in 3 levels: Strict, Recommended, or Loose. Plus, it generates 3 thumbnails per video in the list, so you can tell at a glance without playing.

・"My videos are scattered across phone storage, SD cards, and NAS."
Select video folders across multiple locations (including hidden dot folders) and view them all in a single combined list—no switching screens. Plus, filter options let you quickly play only the videos you want.

・"I spot a video I don't need while watching!"
Delete videos with a single tap during playback. Once deleted, the next video plays instantly with zero lag, making cleanup totally seamless.

・"Existing video players just weren't doing it for me."
Enjoy intuitive controls like vertical swipes for the next video and horizontal swipes for seeking. Packed with handy features like press-and-hold speedup, ultra-fast playback (up to 8x), one-handed mode, and always-on time/battery indicators.
