This is an unofficial app for Ichijo Komuten homeowners.

Simply import PDFs of drawings, estimates, and specifications to manage all your documents, from centralized document management to difference comparison.

Understand subtle changes in drawings, estimates, and price changes—all with your smartphone, one hand at a time.

Imported drawings, estimates, notes, and other data are stored exclusively on your smartphone. They are never sent anywhere via the internet.

■ Document Management
Automatically organizes all documents by drawing number. No more confusion even with multiple versions.

■ Drawing Check
Compares two versions of CAD drawings and electrical drawings pixel by pixel. Additions are shown in blue, and deletions in red. Includes alignment functionality. Don't miss unexpected changes.

■ Estimate Comparison
Automatically analyzes estimate PDFs and displays a summary of the price difference between the two versions. You can also view price changes in a trend chart.

■ Specification Check
Automatically detects changes in equipment specifications. Differences are displayed in different colors for each item.

■ UchiMemo+
While reviewing drawings and estimates, you can leave notes by long-pressing on points of interest. Notes can also be exported for meetings.
