平禄寿司

As a pioneer of conveyor belt sushi in eastern Japan, we offer fresh sushi at reasonable prices mainly in the Tohoku region.
At Heiroku Sushi, we are particular about the ingredients we use. We use domestically produced rice for our rice. For our blended vinegar, we add kombu dashi to rice vinegar and sake lees vinegar to bring out the umami and sourness of our original vinegar. We use authentically brewed Fuji Kijo brand soy sauce that makes the most of the umami.
