About PMC Notice
It is a operator support application only for Palletec System (PMC) made by Yamazaki Mazak Corp. This app. provides notification to the operator's smart device with the setup work and maintenance work information necessary to perform the operation according to the plan entered.
(1) Next setup notice function
The contents of the next setup work and the start time (after how many minutes) will be announced in advance.
It minimizes planning delays due to worker waiting and increase productivity.
(2) System abnormality notification function
Machines and pallet loaders of anomalies will be announced. It provides early recovery to minimize planning delays and increases productivity.
In order to use this app. on your PMC system, the Smooth PMC software version must be FH-C0 version or later. For details, please contact Mazak Corporation.
