Acall Meeting is an app that allows you to check in and check out conference rooms.

◆Effective use of conference rooms
You can make reservations from Acall Portal, and reserve conference rooms, check availability, and check-in to conference rooms from the smartphone app Acall Mobile.
If the meeting room is available, you can start or extend an Acall Meeting on the spot.
If the meeting ends earlier than scheduled, the exit time will be linked in real time, allowing you to make the most of the empty space.

◆Solving conference room issues
By setting up Acall Meeting in the conference room, you can check the agenda and use it as a timekeeper. You can choose your favorite drink from the conference room and order it from the person in charge.
In addition, reservations that are not used by the time will be automatically canceled, solving the problem of meeting room shortages due to empty reservations.

◆Sync with calendar
You can reserve conference rooms set in Acall by synchronizing with your calendar such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
When you create a schedule on the calendar, you can reserve a conference room and send invitation emails to customers (with QR code) on the same screen.

◆Easily understand and manage conference room status
You can also check the availability and usage status of each conference room from the management screen.
You can check the status of your room to see if you need to make tea for your reservation or if cleaning has been completed before the meeting.
