With Hiit Music you can exercice to the beat of your own music. HIIT alternates between short but intense periods of exercice with recovery periods, being one of the most effective trainings to gain resistance and improve fat burning.

Just open your mp3 folder and select what songs you want to listen for each intensity.

You can also change the time settings of this exercice to your own, with an intuitive interface that allows you to change the duration of each period and the number of rounds.

I love it. It meets my exact requirements as a training app. However, I wish if we can add new workout with new pics. I mean the user him self can add any workout and the photo of the workout.
