The Playground: Basketball

Three guys, one cracked court and a ball that barely bounces. The Playground is a pixel-art street basketball game: pick your country, start on your neighborhood court and take your crew all the way to the World Streetball Finals in New York.

ONE TAP, BIG PLAYS
Games are 3 on 3, first to 15: 2 points inside, 3 from deep. Your crew plays on its own and you step in when it matters: when one of your guys rises for a shot or takes off for a dunk, tap in the green zone. Dead center is a perfect release. At crunch time the crowd is on its feet and you decide who takes the big shot.

DUNKS, MOVES, HIGHLIGHTS
Tomahawks, windmills, reverse slams, 360 jams and between the legs dunks. Crossovers, spin moves, step-back threes, alley-oops, no-look passes and ankle breakers that leave defenders on the floor. Build hype and your crew catches fire.

CALL THE PLAY
Switch tactics live from the bottom bar: Isolation, Ball movement, Lockdown D or Showtime. More passes mean better shots, Showtime means more highlights and more risk. Every basketball game is a small story you can turn around.

Start from the United States, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Russia, Lithuania, Serbia, Greece, Türkiye, the Philippines, Japan or Taiwan. Win your neighborhood court, your city's Street Cup and the National Finals, then go on a world tour through 8 other countries and play the World Finals under the lights of New York. At every stop you win 3 games to reach the final, and every stop brings bigger crowds, tougher crews and a bigger prize.

TRAIN WITH ONE BUTTON
Four arcade minigames, one for each skill: Shootaround, Dribble rhythm, Lock him up and Sky walk. Every session gives experience in Shooting, Handles, Defense or Athletics. Hire a pro coach for faster progress and less fatigue.

LIFE ON THE BLOCK
Each day you choose: play the next game, train or rest. Tired legs miss shots and a rolled ankle can keep a player out for days. Then come the choices: sneaker deals, music videos, a scout in the crowd, rainy days, cops at the court, diss tracks, block parties, mixtape nights and old legends with one last trick to teach. A guy in a tracksuit challenges your best player to a one on one. Win and your street cred goes up.
