Available features:

Customer Console and Articles
The Console is the core module of the Business Up² suite, allowing you to always keep track of your customers' status. Call, locate, collect, and stay up-to-date on your customers' key business events. Main Features: Customer records, geolocation, documents, deadlines, turnover, various destinations, organizations, collections, notes, product catalog, price lists, and discounts.

Orders
Whatever your product sector, Business Up² Orders is the add-on module for improving your business, checking product availability and recent purchases, managing customer terms, presenting products, and increasing your sales! Main Features: Item records, inventory, latest sales/purchase prices, price lists and discounts applied to items, order collection, electronic signature, and printable version.

Customer Service
With Business Up² Customer Service, technicians can manage assigned calls or view unassigned calls that have been entered in the back office through Business. Technicians can manage calls, allocate labor hours or spare parts needed for the service, and, upon completion, generate a service report that can be forwarded to the customer. All calls closed through Business Up Customer Service will then be synchronized to the Business database to be considered for call billing.

CRM
The Business Up² CRM allows you to generate quotes for Leads, view quotes already entered through Business Up², and use the quote history to quickly and easily generate new quotes. Agents can also generate activities for Leads, which will then be visible, after synchronization, in their Business CRM console.
