The MOBILE BANKING service will be active on your contract simply by installing the IDBanking App.
The main features:
- Access via biometric credentials (Touch ID or Face ID);
- Use of Smart OTP technology for access and authorization of orders from PC;
- Consultation of the trend of BALANCES and query of MOVEMENTS in current accounts;
- Execution of FREQUENT OPERATIONS by easily recalling the latest provisions made;
- Execution of ONE CLICK OPERATIONS without authorizing the provisions again;
- Consultation of "My situation", graphically displaying the overall assets, movements and investments;
From the menu you will have access to sections dedicated to information services and device services active on your profile:
- Ordinary, simplified F24 payment, excise and elide duties;
- Operations: bank transfers, bills expiring, postal slips, MAV, ACI and Ri.Ba. stamp duty;
- Documents: recall of accounting records and bills and communications from the bank as a unified account statement (average stock count);
- Address book;
- Customer Area;
- Customer service.
In the PROFILE section you can:
- Manage access methods with biometric credentials and PSD2 consents (Touch ID or Face ID biometric access methods);
- Graphic customization of current accounts and the app in light or dark version;
- Consultation of daily and monthly limits.
