Obtaining the HeyLight voucher involves the evaluation of access to the payment terms offered by the identified Merchant, which will be carried out by Compass also through reporting and querying private databases (SIC). The evaluation request can be made for a maximum amount that can be spent at the Merchant and in case of a positive outcome, it will lead to the release of a voucher ("QR code"), which you can show, within 28 days, to the Merchant to proceed to purchase with deferral.
