ZakiPOS is the point-of-sale app of OverZaki for restaurants, cafés and shops. Set up your menu, branches, devices and staff once in the OverZaki dashboard, then sell from iPad and iPhone. TAKE ORDERS FAST • A menu with categories, sub-categories, search and product photos • Sizes, choices and add-ons, priced by your store's rules • Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and the other order types you set up • Item notes, seats, courses, line discounts, and voids with a reason • Hold items with a kitchen timer, or send them to the kitchen at once TABLES AND KITCHEN • A floor plan with your dining areas: available, occupied, check printed or reserved, with guests and minutes seated • Open orders shared by every till in the branch; change tables, join and split orders • Kitchen tickets to the right kitchen printer by category, and a kitchen display PAYMENTS • Cash with change, KNET and card on your own card machine, payment links, gift cards and house accounts • Split payments and tips • Coupons, discounts, loyalty points, and charges such as service or delivery • Receipts on Wi-Fi or Ethernet receipt printers (ESC/POS) and AirPrint printers STAFF AND CASH • Each cashier signs in with their own PIN, and roles decide what they can do • Clock in and out, open and close the till, count the drawer, pay in and pay out • The till close and end-of-day reports print by themselves REPORTS AND INVENTORY • Sales, payments, product mix, categories, cashiers, hours and delivery reports • Stock levels, low and out-of-stock items, adjustments and stock counts, the same as in the dashboard WORKS OFFLINE If the internet goes down, keep selling. Sales made offline stay on the device and are sent when the connection returns. YOUR BRAND, YOUR LANGUAGE The till shows your store's logo and colours from the dashboard, in light or night mode. The whole app is in English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. CUSTOMER DISPLAY A second iPad can face the customer and show the order as it is rung up, the total and the change. ZakiPOS works with an OverZaki account that the business sets up in the OverZaki dashboard. The owner or a manager signs in once on each device; cashiers then use their PIN.
