About Tysk+ Blood Pressure Diary
A blood pressure diary that stays out of your way. Logging a reading takes three taps: pressure, pulse, time. The app then shows how your numbers change over time and what to bring to your doctor. WHAT'S INSIDE • Unlimited readings • Tags: medication, exercise, stress, coffee, poor sleep • History by day and statistics • Arm and body position • PDF report for your doctor: readings table and summary • Report language of your choice: a doctor abroad reads it in theirs • Larger text and spoken confirmation of each saved reading • Analytics by month, quarter and all time • Breakdown by tag: how pressure depends on medication or activity • Morning and evening separately • Apple Health sync • CSV export SEVERAL PEOPLE, ONE PHONE A couple sharing one cuff each gets their own history, statistics and report. Nothing gets mixed. MEDICATION Mark morning and evening doses. Your doctor sees not just the pressure but how regularly you took what was prescribed. ALREADY HAVE DATA IN HEALTH? Bring it into the diary in one go. Importing again never duplicates. All of this is free, with no ads and no limits. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Readings live on your device. No sign-up, no server, no ads. We physically cannot see your measurements. IMPORTANT Tysk+ is a self-monitoring diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace your doctor. Classification is for reference only. If you feel unwell, call your emergency number. App languages: Ukrainian, English, German, Polish.
