Rogr – Walkie-Talkie

About Rogr – Walkie-Talkie

New in 1.0.3: • ‘Rogr Switches’ widget (Home Screen, small and medium): the buttons ‘1 h’ and ‘Until tomorrow’ mute Rogr – the time left is shown. ‘Back on’ lifts it. ‘Quiet’ switches ‘Rogr quiet’ on or off right away, without opening the app. To add it: press and hold the Home Screen → ‘Edit’ → ‘Add Widget’ → Rogr. • ‘Rogr Friends’ widget is now configurable: press and hold → ‘Edit Widget’ → choose friends and groups. The small widget now shows two people, the photos are larger, and longer names may take two lines. • ‘Rogr’ widget (small and Lock Screen): choose a channel. One tap opens Rogr on that channel and starts recording; the next tap sends. • The Rogr badge in the widgets now shows the radio set. • Settings: a note about Battery Duo, another app by Bertram Plischke (opens its App Store page). Fixed: • Watch: when the connection dropped (lowering your arm, network change), ‘Connection disrupted’ often stayed for good. Now the watch shows ‘Going online …’ like the iPhone and keeps trying. Known: • Muting or Quiet from the widget takes effect at once for notifications. The app and the watch pick it up as soon as you open Rogr or the system wakes the app in the background. • In the small Friends widget, the tap opens the left-hand person (small widgets have only one tap target). • Widgets on the watch have no buttons. • The watch app does not open by itself when a message arrives. The night schedule only makes notifications quiet if Rogr is not running at the start time. The reliable choice is a Focus with the Focus filter ‘Rogr quiet’.
