Qanthkmx

Qanthkmx is a comprehensive personal finance application. It uses an "ice blue" color to signify fund inflows, while "amber" highlights expenditures and items requiring verification. The app is organized into five distinct sections covering daily bookkeeping, local data import, reconciliation, batch management, and financial analysis. Users can record income, expenses, transfers, and refunds, as well as attach images of receipts or vouchers to specific entries. The application preserves original source files, record locations, and field data; it employs customizable mapping rules to standardize dates, amounts, accounts, and transaction types (inflow/outflow). Similar entries require manual confirmation, and the system supports partial allocation or splitting of source-linked transactions to prevent duplicate entries for the same amount. In the event of field conflicts, users can make item-by-item selections, with manual adjustments tracked in the record's history. Re-processing updates only the affected sources, while the "undo import" function displays dependencies—such as linked refunds—before proceeding, ensuring that records which have been manually edited or remain linked to other sources are preserved. The app offers line, bar, donut, and waterfall charts, all calculated based on finalized entries, with the ability to drill down into the original supporting documentation for every individual transaction.
