League Glory is a 90s-style football management game: no graphics to stare at, just numbers, tactics, instinct and a little luck. FIFTEEN LEAGUES Italy, England, Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Scotland, Turkey, the United States (30 teams, two Conferences and American-style playoffs), Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Saudi Arabia and China. Goals, draws and the gap between teams are tuned on the real results of recent seasons. YOUR CAREER • 10-season points challenge, or manager forever • Start in any year from 1950 on • Up to 4 managers on the same phone, passing it around • Sackings, offers from other clubs and foreign clubs, manager reputation SQUAD AND TACTICS • Squads of 21 to 25 players, youth team, loans, transfers, instalments and contracts • 11 formations, playing styles, mentalities, substitutions and pauses during the live match • Press conferences that change the dressing-room mood • Shape your squad before you start: spend the points as you like MONEY, SPONSORS AND STADIUM • TV rights, gate, merchandise: income moves with results and with the stars in your squad • Each season you choose between three sponsors: Top pays more but demands a big result, Medium asks for the position your squad deserves, Safe asks for nothing • Miss the target and the sponsor leaves, and Top is closed to you for two seasons • Figures are scaled to each league CUPS AND NATIONAL TEAMS • National cup and European cups with group stages (32 and 16 teams) • Outside Europe, the Pangea Cup: 32 clubs from the USA, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, Saudi Arabia and China • 48-team World Cup, European Championship and Continents Cup, with qualifiers • Win enough and a national team calls you: pick the squad from 100 players. The big nations only call winners YOUR OWN LEAGUE Export teams and players to a spreadsheet, change names, roles and stars (1 to 5), and load them back: build your hometown league or rebuild a past season. Every file starts with instructions, even for having an AI update it for you. YOUR MANAGER Create your coach in 8-bit pixel art: skin, hair, beard, outfit and nationality.
