About DocUs: USMLE App Blocker

DocUs turns the moment you reach for your phone into Step 1 practice. Pick the apps that pull you away. When you open one, DocUs asks you a single USMLE-style question first. Answer it right and the app unlocks for the time you chose (5, 15 or 30 minutes). Get it wrong and you read the explanation, take a short break, and try another. WHAT YOU GET • 500+ Step 1 multiple-choice questions with full explanations, across 15 subjects • Questions you miss come back sooner; ones you know wait days (spaced repetition) • More questions from the subjects you're weakest in • Streaks, a streak calendar and stats by subject • One emergency skip a day, for when you really need your phone HOW IT WORKS DocUs uses Apple's Screen Time to block the apps you choose. You need to allow Screen Time access once. DocUs never sends anywhere which apps you picked, and never sees what you do in them: Apple gives it tokens, and app names appear only on the block screen on your iPhone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. Your study history is saved on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, so it comes back if you reinstall or switch iPhones. Usage data with a random ID (no name or email) helps improve DocUs; it's on by default and you can turn it off in Settings. SUBSCRIPTION DocUs requires a subscription: $79.99 per year or $14.99 per month (prices may vary by country). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. What’s new

Version 1.0.5 · Updated October 30, 2026

Choose your question sources: ScholarRx, Mehlman Medical, or both. Focus on the subjects you want to practise, or start with your weakest subjects from Stats. Track your progress and choose whether to add subjects, end your focus, or keep reviewing. Paused sources and subjects keep their review history. Includes a fix for continuing after a wrong-answer break.
