Canteen Board

Canteen Board keeps you connected to your post, lodge, or club. It's for members of organizations that already use Canteen Board. See what's happening, get word from your officers, and share photos for the lobby TV, all from your iPhone. Works on iPhone Duo, filling the outer screen and the unfolded inner screen. RSVP to your post's events with a quick poll, add them to your calendar, and see what's coming up over the next 60 days. FIND YOUR POST Search by name, number, or city and join in a tap. If your post uses a join code, enter it once. There's no account to create and no email required. TONIGHT AND THIS WEEK Home shows your post's hours and whether it's open right now, what's on tonight, and what's coming up this week. Tap Add to Calendar on any event to save it to your calendar. The address, phone number, website, and social links are right there too. EVENTS See the next 30 days of events. Color-coded badges, like Auxiliary or Entertainment Committee, show who's hosting at a glance. ALERTS FROM YOUR OFFICERS Turn on push notifications from your post and choose the name your officers see. Missed one? The last 30 alerts are saved in the app. PHOTOS, NOTES, AND THE GUEST BOOK Browse photos from your post's lobby board. Choose pictures from your photo library and send them to your officers. Once they're approved, they can appear on the lobby TV. You can also leave a note for the officers or sign the guest book. See a photo that shouldn't be there? Tap Report and your post's officers will review it. FOR OFFICERS Officers with review rights can approve or reject photos and handle notes right in the app. Everything else is managed at canteenboard.com. MORE THAN ONE POST? Join as many posts as you belong to and switch between them anytime. If you leave a post, your data for that post is deleted. The app is free, with no ads. Your post needs a Canteen Board account (canteenboard.com) for you to join it. Canteen Board is operated by NoffTech LLC.
