Bravo Gym: Workout & Fitness

Bravo Gym is the members' app for The Bravo Gym — Health & Fitness Centre in Karachi. Training plans, your diet, your fees and your gym's announcements, all in one place. MADE FOR ONE GYM, NOT FOR EVERYONE Most fitness apps are built for nobody in particular. This one knows your trainer, your branch and your fee date. Open it and you see what actually matters today. WHAT YOU GET ▸ 318 EXERCISES WITH ILLUSTRATIONS Every lift shown step by step, with the muscles it works and the equipment it needs. Barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, machine, bands and bodyweight. ▸ WORKOUTS YOUR TRAINER SETS Push day, pull day, leg day, first-week beginner plans and conditioning. Your trainer can assign one directly to you, and it appears on your home screen. ▸ YOUR NUMBERS, TRACKED Weight, body measurements, steps and your training streak. Steps come from your phone's own motion sensor — no GPS, no location, no battery drain. ▸ DIET AND WATER Log meals and water against a daily calorie target the app works out from your own height, weight, age and goal. ▸ FEES AND MEMBERSHIP See exactly how many days until your next fee is due, and when your membership runs out. No more asking at reception. ▸ THE WEEKLY QUIZ Three sixty-second windows a week — Monday noon, Wednesday evening, Saturday night. One question each, and a Bravo shirt for whoever answers fastest. Set a reminder and be ready. ▸ CHECK IN AT THE GYM One tap when you arrive. Your attendance is on your record and on the gym's. ▸ ALL FOUR BRANCHES Techno City, North Nazimabad, Shadman Town and North Karachi — addresses, directions and whether each branch is open right now. ▸ PROGRESS PHOTOS THAT STAY PRIVATE Take them, compare them, keep them. They are stored on your phone and are never uploaded — not to the gym, not to us, not to anybody. FOR TRAINERS Gym staff get an admin section: the member list with fee status, today's attendance register, announcements, opening hours, the weekly quiz editor and the leaderboard that decides the winner. NO ACCOUNT TO CREATE Open the app and you are in. No password, no email verification, no waiting. Only your name is required. Sign in with Apple or Google later if you want your history to survive a new phone. WORKS ON A WEAK CONNECTION Your exercises, workouts and reminders are on the device. The app is useful on a gym floor with one bar of signal.
