Type one character and watch it become a spinning top, ready to clash in a round arena. Its shape decides its stats, and now you can take it online against other players. A glyph's strokes, ink and balance decide its Attack, Defense, Stamina and Speed. Complex characters hit hard, heavy ones hold their ground, balanced ones spin the longest, and small, light ones move fast. Switch the typeface and the same character fights differently. HOW TO PLAY - Pick a character: Chinese characters, Japanese kana, English letters and digits all work - Pick a typeface: Gothic, Serif, Round, Kai or Script, each with its own stats - Launch: swipe on SHOOT! A PERFECT launch gives the highest starting spin. Swipe left or right to set the spin direction - Boost: swipe during a battle to dash in that direction. Hold up to three charges; one refills every four seconds - BURST: every collision charges your gauge. When it is full, trigger BURST for three seconds of much stronger attack and defense, with almost no spin loss SCORING - Spin finish 1 point, Over finish 2 points, Burst finish 3 points. First to 3 wins - Each round lasts 45 seconds. If time runs out, the faster spin wins MODES - Online battle: Ranked match finds you an opponent of a similar rank as you climb from 10 Kyu through 1 Dan to Meijin. Create room gives you a 6-digit code to play a friend - Tower: win your way up 50 floors, with a boss every five floors. Reaching set floors earns cosmetics - CPU battle: Easy, Normal and Hard - Rankings: Rank, Glyph kings (wins for each character) and best Tower floor COSMETICS AND SEASON PASS - Eight kinds: Material, Trail, Sound words, Finisher, Arena, Victory stamp, Seal frame and Title. They change looks only, never stats - Earn coins from matches, your first win each day and Tower rewards, then spend them in the Shop - The Season pass has a free track and a premium track. Every match earns XP toward the next level HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS After a match, tap Share highlight: the game picks the best clashes and the finishing blow and cuts them into a vertical 60 fps video with sound, showing both players' cosmetics. Online matches can be shared too. ALSO - Interface in English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese - CPU battle and Tower work offline. Online battle and Rankings need an internet connection - No sign-up. An anonymous account is created the first time you make progress, with a generated name. You can delete your online data in Settings at any time - Some characters are for offline play only - Contains ads and in-app purchases. Interstitial ads appear only after a completed match, never during a battle, and stop after you buy Remove Ads. Rewarded ads are always optional
