AidatPlus puts building and residential community management in your pocket. The manager charges dues, residents pay to the building IBAN and upload the receipt, and the manager approves it with one tap — the balance updates automatically. FOR MANAGERS • Dues charges: charge every unit at the start of a period in one go, with no duplicates • Late fees: apply the 5% monthly late fee of the Turkish Condominium Law with one tap • Receipt approvals: review payment receipts uploaded by residents, approve or reject with a reason • Expense tracking: record expenses with receipt photos, see category breakdowns and monthly reports • Units and invite codes: link residents to their own unit securely with single-use codes • Announcements, polls and manager elections; hand over management to the winner with one tap • Issue and request tracking: open, in progress, resolved FOR RESIDENTS (FREE) • Your current balance and account statement • Copy the IBAN, make the transfer, upload the receipt • Transparent fund: money collected and where it is spent, with receipts • Vote in polls and manager elections • Report issues with a photo and track their status PRIVACY Only you and the manager can see your balance. Your name is hidden from neighbours by default. The app has no ads or tracking. SUBSCRIPTION Residents use the app for free. The manager panel has a single plan: the AidatPlus Manager monthly subscription, with the first month free. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the monthly price and is charged to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.
