About Residera: home & neighbours

Residera is an app for your whole apartment building. News, chat, discussions, listings, voting, repair requests and service charge statements in one place – no paper notices in the hallway and no group chats where nothing can ever be found. A building in Residera is one of two kinds: • Community – a neighbour community. Anyone who lives in the building can set it up, no owners' association or committee needed. It is free for up to 100 users (more places can be added), with monthly limits on messages and posts. • SVJ & managers – a building with an owners' association (SVJ) or a property manager. On top of everything in Community it adds units, voting and more, depending on the building's plan. IN EVERY BUILDING • News – building announcements with phone notifications and comments • Chat – one shared chat for the whole building • Discussions – a separate thread for every topic, which can be closed with a conclusion • Listings – a parking space, a cellar, a flat to let or things you no longer need • Neighbour help – ask for help or offer it • Recommendations – tradespeople and services your neighbours have tried • Calendar – building events with attendance and adding them to your phone's calendar • Building info – useful information and answers to common questions • Rohlíky (bread rolls) – thank a neighbour for a helpful post • Surveys – anyone can answer; in a community building they are created by members with Pro EXTRA FOR SVJ AND MANAGERS • Units and residents – entrances, owners and tenants with their shares in the common parts, invitations in bulk • Voting – votes weighted by shares, who has not voted yet, and a voting record • General meetings – invitation, agenda, documents, attendance and quorum by shares • Repairs – reports with photos, status and priority, and an overview of repair costs • Statements – overpayments and arrears per unit, sent to all owners at once • Messages to the management – a private chat between a resident and the building manager • Parcels and reception – parcels received at the reception and a chat with the reception • Roles and access – who manages what in the building, and an activity log What an association gets depends on the building's plan: repairs, general meetings and content translation come with Standard and above; statements, parcels and reception with Premium. PERSONAL PRO LITE AND PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS Each person buys a subscription for themselves, and it commits nobody else in the building. Pro Lite raises the monthly limits on messages and posts. Pro removes the limits completely, translates the chat and the content of every section into the app's language, and lets you create surveys in a community building. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel them in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. YOUR BUILDING STAYS YOURS Only residents can see what is shared in their building. A closed building can only be joined after the administrator approves the request. You can report inappropriate content and block users who harass you. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app. The app is available in Czech and English. Questions? What’s new

Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 26, 2026

Residera 1.2 is clearer and faster. • New look: one top bar, large titles and Home, News, Chat and Profile at the bottom. A permanent sidebar on iPad. • Dialogs slide up from the bottom and close with a swipe down. • An app tour and tips in each section. • Chat: see who is typing and who has seen your message, link previews and messages grouped by sender. • Comments with replies, emoji reactions and a Follow switch in every section. • See who liked a news post and how many people read it. • Unread count on the app icon. • A list of building members, and an owner can have several units in one building. • Settlement: copy the payment details in one tap or send them straight to your banking app. • When you give a neighbour a roll as a thank-you, you can now add a reason. • Text size follows your phone settings, the light or dark look follows the system, and the app opens even offline. • Lots of smaller fixes and improvements.
