The-Team

TheTeam (One team. One app.) is the team app of your organisation: attendance, leave, announcements and chat in one place. Your organisation gives you your account. There is no registration in the app: your Admin gives you your sign-in name. WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP • Slide to check in when you arrive at your building, and slide to check out when you leave. • See your hours of today and of the past days. • Ask for leave or for an hourly permission, and follow the approval. • See your leave balance and plan your leave for next year. • Ask for a wrong check-in or check-out to be corrected. • Read the announcements of your organisation. • Chat with the people of your building or of your group. • Write a support ticket to your Admin. FOR MANAGERS • See who of your team is in today. • Approve or reject leave and correction requests, also from the notification. YOUR LOCATION The app reads your location only at the moment you slide to check in or to check out, to confirm that you are at your building. It never reads your location in the background. If your Admin sets you to "Working from home", your location is not read at all. YOUR DATA No advertising. No tracking. Nothing is sold. Your organisation decides who uses the app. To correct or remove your data, ask your Admin. LANGUAGES English, Arabic and French. Several designs to choose from.
