AM Film

AM Film is a film production and photography studio in Haarlem, the Netherlands. This app brings everything you share with the studio together in one place: your photos and videos, your invoices and quotes, your shoots and your messages. It works with the same account as the client portal on amfilm.nl. The app is made for AM Film clients and for the studio's administrators. You sign in with the account AM Film gives you; you cannot create an account in the app. Without an account you can still read About us, Contact, the privacy policy and the terms and conditions. Galleries and proofing • View your photos full screen and play your videos in the app. • Mark favourites, give a thumbs-up or one to five stars, and leave a note for the studio on any photo or video. • Filter by favourites, ratings and notes, then send your selection to the studio in one go. • Download the originals to your phone, one by one or together as a ZIP file, whenever the studio allows downloads. • If a gallery has an end date, the app shows it, so you know how long it stays available. • Allow the studio to show a photo or video in the portfolio on its website, and withdraw that consent at any time. • Get a notification when a gallery is ready or about to expire. Invoices and payments • See your paid and unpaid invoices and your quotes, and open or share them as a PDF. • Pay an invoice securely through Mollie, on the payment page that opens in your browser. The new status then appears in the app. • When an amount is collected automatically, you can follow its status in the app. • Payments for our photo and video production, website services and hosting are made to AM Film through our payment provider Mollie in your browser. The app does not sell digital content. Packages and subscriptions • Your domain names, hosting and business email, with their renewal dates, in one overview. • Renew a service straight away, or several at once on one invoice, and switch automatic renewal on or off. • Change the password of your mailbox, or suspend a mailbox and switch it back on later. • Follow your photography subscription and the packages the studio has put together for you, with their payments and term. Messages • Ask a question or report something in a ticket, with a photo or PDF attached. • Get a notification as soon as the studio replies. Shoots and projects • Request a shoot with your preferred date and time, and the studio confirms it. Until then, you can still change or withdraw your request. • Follow the status of your shoots and open the location in your maps app. • Each project has its own page that brings its galleries, shoots, invoices and quotes together. Account • Manage your password, two-step verification and signed-in devices, and choose which notifications you receive. • View your details and request a change. • Request the deletion of your account from within the app. For studio administrators Administrators handle the studio's daily work in the same app: the Today overview, the calendar, requests and tickets, invoices and quotes, clients, uploading photos and videos to galleries, expenses with AI receipt reading, the finances and the management of the website, including its texts in three languages. Privacy and security • An optional app lock with your fingerprint or face. The check happens on your phone itself; AM Film never receives biometric data. • The connection to AM Film is always encrypted. • The app shows no ads and uses no advertising or tracking services. • You can read more in the privacy policy on amfilm.nl. Languages The app is available in Dutch, English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. You choose the language in the app and can use the same language for your emails and invoices.
