PHOTOS BY DATE Save body photos by date and look back through them by month or year. BEFORE AND AFTER Choose two photos and compare them together. WEIGHT RECORDS AND GRAPHS Enter your weight and view the trend on a graph. Keep your photos and weight records together as you work toward your fitness goals.
