Pitch Instincts

Pitch Instincts is an exercise bank for football coaches: over 100 exercises with an animated drawing, the setup in short points, an equipment list and what to look for. THE EXERCISES - Rondos, positional games, games to goal, pressing and transitions, build-up, crossing and finishing - from 3v1 to 11v11. - Every exercise has a drawing that plays: where the players stand, where the ball goes and how they move. - The setup in short points: the area in metres, the touch rule, what counts, what happens on a turnover, who serves. The equipment is on every exercise. - Coaching points for every exercise, and the principles it trains - with the question you can ask the players. - Search by number of players, area, theme and principle, and mark your favourites. READY SESSION - Pick a theme or principle, the time and the number of players, and get a session with two or three exercises and a game at the end. Share it as a PDF. TURN THE PHONE - Turn the phone on an exercise and you see more: where each player should look, how the body should stand before the ball arrives, which foot to receive on, where the teammates should run and what the player on the ball should do. Tap a player for the explanation, and drag him to see what changes. English and Norwegian. Works offline. No account and no data collection. Pitch Instincts is made by a coach, for coaches. Write to us from the app if you miss an exercise or want something changed.
