Blue Deck

Used by United Airlines pilots—but created for pilots at every level, from student and general aviation pilots to career professionals—Blue Deck was designed and built by an airline captain after 26 years of professional flying and firsthand experience with the limitations of existing digital logbooks. Blue Deck offers a powerful alternative to the traditional logbook subscription model without sacrificing quality, intelligence, or functionality. Explore Blue Deck’s major features with a free Demo that never expires and places no limit on your total flight hours—you can add, import, and work with up to 100 flight records before choosing Full Blue Deck. UNMATCHED UNITED AIRLINES CCS+ SUPPORT Blue Deck brings together Calendar Sync, Flight Time History, and Logbook data—preserving available schedules, trips, crews, aircraft, tails, seats, landings, and flight times while identifying deadheads and schedule changes. IMPORT INTELLIGENTLY. EXPORT FREELY. STAY IN CONTROL. Blue Deck goes far beyond a basic column-for-column import. Purpose-built profiles for leading electronic logbooks, intelligent field mapping, and carefully designed review tools keep you in control, allowing you to resolve aircraft, airports, pilots, duplicates, and uncertain data before anything is written to your logbook. And Blue Deck never holds your records hostage: if you decide to leave, destination-specific exports make it easy to take your data to multiple other logbook formats. PILOTS NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE “I had long resigned myself to the fact that my logbook wouldn't be kept up to date like before … but here we are with a solution that is very pilot-friendly and flexible enough to work the way I want to organize my data. With the dummy-proof data import and medxpress report generator, there's no excuse not to have an up to date logbook anymore.” “I have had the opportunity to use Blue Deck for a few weeks now and have been super impressed. It is very feature rich and user friendly. Seamlessly downloads data from CCS+ and auto fills everything. Import/Export/Reports are robust. Everything is very intuitive.” WHY PILOTS CHOOSE BLUE DECK • One purchase, lifetime logbook ownership The version you purchase and every local database remain yours. Your logbook keeps working without a required subscription. • Full capability across every device Use the same serious logbook on iPhone, iPad, Windows, and Mac—not a stripped-down mobile companion. The only exception is complete logbook-file importing, which is unavailable on iPhone. • Smart aviation data Tired of entering a tail number and then having to tell your logbook what kind of aircraft it is—and which characteristics it has? Blue Deck’s maintained Aviation Library already connects FAA registrations and airline fleets to the correct aircraft type and known characteristics. It also recognizes airports and simulators, helping build complete, consistent records without forcing you to maintain reference data by hand. • Data maintenance built for an entire career Find inconsistencies, correct old records, and make carefully controlled changes across years or decades of flight history. • Professional reports and analysis Review detailed totals, run custom queries, track currency, and create reports for FAA MedXPress, IACRA, airline applications, and other professional needs. • Complete control of your records Every device keeps a complete local working database for offline use. Create backups, print a professional logbook PDF, and export your information in useful standard formats.
