eevas: Expense Tracker

eevas helps you manage your spending and personal assets in one app: track expenses, set category budgets, and follow your gold, savings and credit cards. The layout is simple: the Expenses, Income and Assets tabs open straight to your list, and everything else lives in the More tab. LOG AN EXPENSE IN SECONDS Enter the amount and a note, then save. The app suggests a category from what you type and from what you have logged before. Touch and hold the app icon to jump straight to adding an expense, adding income or scanning a receipt. FILL IN DETAILS FROM A RECEIPT Take a photo of a receipt or transfer screenshot. The app fills in the amount, date and category for you to review before saving. A photo with several receipts can be split into separate expenses, and you can pick several photos at once. A COMPANION THAT GROWS WITH YOU Each day you log at least one entry, your companion earns points and grows through 8 stages, picking up accessories along the journey. Missed a few days? No points lost, no stage lost. Points never depend on how much you spend. INSTANT BUDGET ALERTS Set a limit for each category. If an expense takes a category over its limit, you are alerted as you enter it, not at the end of the month. REPORTS AND STATISTICS See spending by category and income by source, by month, quarter or year, compared with the previous period, so you know where most of your money goes. SPENDING CALENDAR Each day gets a cell on the monthly calendar, shaded by how much you spent. Tap a day to see just that day's entries. MULTIPLE MONEY SOURCES Track cash, bank accounts and e-wallets separately. Each expense is deducted from the right source, and transfers between wallets are recorded too. SHARED EXPENSES FOR GROUPS Create a group for your family or a trip. Each member records what they paid, and the app works out how much each person owes when it is time to settle up. MONTHLY INCOME ALLOCATION Set your allocation once for living costs, card payments and savings. Each income is split according to that plan. NET WORTH AT A GLANCE Combine cash, bank accounts, gold, foreign currency and savings, minus card balances and loans, to see exactly what you own and how it changes month by month. LIVE GOLD AND SILVER PRICES Enter the quantity and purchase price. The app updates market prices and shows the gain or loss on each holding. SAVINGS, CREDIT CARDS, INSTALMENTS AND LOANS Follow expected interest and maturity dates of your savings, each card's balance and due date, what is due this month on instalments, and money you borrowed or lent with partial repayments. USE IT ON YOUR COMPUTER Go to app.eevas.top and sign in with the same account. Your data syncs between your phone and your computer. ALSO INCLUDED Recurring expenses and income, foreign currency entries, Favorites to log a familiar entry in one tap, CSV import from other expense apps, tags, Colorful or Minimal interface style, dark mode, face lock, daily logging reminders, file backup and restore, Vietnamese and English. PRIVACY • No account required. Sign in only to sync, fill in details from receipts or use groups. • Before photos or figures are sent for processing for the first time, the app asks for your consent and names the provider. You can withdraw it in Settings. • Receipt photos are sent only to read the details and are not kept on our servers. • Anonymous statistics and automatic crash reports can be turned off in Settings. • You can delete your account and synced data directly in the app. Download and start right away, no account required.
