Rotation – Schedule & Certs

Plan work rotations and the time between them. When does your next hitch start? Which certificate is coming up for renewal? How many hours remain toward your goal? Rotation brings your schedule, documents, travel plans and experience hours together, with seafarers and offshore workers in mind. SEE YOUR ROTATION AHEAD Enter a start date, days on and days off to build a repeating schedule, such as 14/14 or 14/28. Include travel days before and after your work period. The overview keeps upcoming dates close at hand. KEEP YOUR FAMILY IN THE LOOP Connect Rotation to a calendar on your device. Choose an iCloud calendar you have already shared in Apple Calendar so your family can see work and travel days. Rotation updates events when you save schedule changes and extends the twelve-month calendar when the app opens. Days off are not added as events. Maintain the connection from one device; Apple syncs the shared calendar. YOUR NEXT EVENT ON THE HOME SCREEN Add the Rotation widget to see the days until your next outbound trip, joining, signing off or return trip. Travel days are included when enabled in your schedule. Today is not counted: tomorrow is 1 day away, and the event day shows Today. Choose a small or medium widget. SCAN AND ORGANIZE CERTIFICATES Take a photo or choose a saved image or PDF. Rotation reads text on your device and suggests course names and dates. Review and correct the details before saving. The original attachment stays with the certificate and is available offline. RENEW WITHOUT LOSING YOUR HISTORY Renew a certificate while keeping its previous version and original attachment in your history. Choose which certificates are active and which should send expiry reminders. Inactive certificates remain saved without expiry warnings. Expiry dates are optional. AN OVERVIEW THAT FITS YOU Compact cards show your rotation, certificate status and hour log. Expand what you need – the app remembers your choices. TRACK YOUR HOUR GOALS Log hours and notes toward your own experience or qualification goals. See remaining hours and an estimate based on hours per rotation. Edit or delete goals when your plans change. Entries are personal records, not official certification or verification of qualifications. KEEP TRAVEL DETAILS TOGETHER Add flight and hotel bookings with dates, notes and booking references. Enter details yourself; Rotation does not book travel or import reservations automatically. AVAILABLE OFFLINE Use your schedule, documents and hour log offline on iPhone and iPad. No separate account is required. Optionally save backups to your own private iCloud Drive folder and restore by importing a file. Backups do not automatically sync app records between devices. FOURTEEN DAYS TO TRY IT Try all features free for 14 days. Continued use then requires an optional one-time purchase for permanent access. Your local price is shown in the app before purchase. No subscription and no automatic charge when the trial ends. Your saved information remains and can be exported without a purchase. Available in English, Swedish and Norwegian Bokmål. Add your rotation and try it for your next work period. Support and privacy: http://nordsnitt.se/rotation/
