About Faseeh: Learn Arabic for Kids

Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) for Muslim children aged 3 to 12, from first words to reading whole sentences. Kanan and his flying horse Faseeh open five worlds from one home screen: letters, reading and writing, numbers, shapes, and a library of picture books. More than 1,000 Arabic words, each with a picture and a voice. More than 2,000 games, more than 150 illustrated stories read aloud, and a film for each of the 28 letters: more than 90 hours of play. START FREE • Read & write is open for the first hour your children play in it on this device; after that, the first two rounds of Kanan's house stay free. • Every other world has a free taste: the letter alif, the number 1, the circle, red, and the first two books in the library. THE FIVE WORLDS • Read & write: six islands and 68 buildings, from greetings to reading and writing short texts, with harakat, tanween, shadda, and sun and moon letters on the way. • Its last island, Welcome Ramadan: the mosque and prayer, the Hijri months, suhoor and iftar, the pillars of Islam, Eid and a visit to Al-Aqsa. • Letters: all 28 letters on five islands, each with its film, five stations of games and its own stories. • Shapes, colors, numbers and sums: ten shapes from the circle to the cube, ten from red to white, numbers from zero to a thousand, then adding and taking away up to ten. • Library: 37 picture books on eight shelves: the words first, then the book, then its questions. HOW YOUR CHILD LEARNS • Listening comes first. Every word, sentence and story can be heard, so children who cannot read yet can play from day one. • A hand shows each new kind of game, and Faseeh says what to do. On the home screen, a big button goes straight to the next game. • Nobody loses. A wrong answer says its own word and the question comes back, then a hint. Stars count what was right the first time. • Speaking, too: in Repeat after Faseeh, your child records a word and hears it back. The recording is never saved or sent. • A few rounds open the next building, and three stars open it sooner. • Stars, dinars and trophies. Your child spends dinars on food for Faseeh and things for his stable. Rewards are earned, never left to chance. MADE WITH CARE • Fusha only, the Arabic of books and schools across the Arab world. Where Fusha has more than one word for something, Faseeh prefers the word the Qur'an uses. • Modest pictures: women and older girls wear hijab. • Children's screens are in Arabic and spoken aloud; the home screen's doors also show English names for grown-ups. • Up to three children on one device, each with their own picture, progress and rewards. • Some islands download the first time your child reaches them; after that they play without internet. SAFE FOR CHILDREN • No ads, no accounts, no tracking. • Your children's names, pictures and progress stay on your device, with a copy in your own iCloud. • Purchases and links sit behind a grown-ups' question. • Usage statistics only if a grown-up says yes, with no names. Anonymous crash reports carry nothing about your child. SUBSCRIPTION Faseeh is free to download and to start, as above. A subscription opens all five worlds. Choose monthly or yearly; the price for your country is shown in the app before you buy. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if you start one. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Family Sharing is on, so up to five family members can share one subscription.
