Choimi - Japan IC Card Balance

Tap your card. See your balance. That's it. Choimi is a simple reader for Japanese transit IC cards (Suica, PASMO, ICOCA and more). Hold your card to the top of your iPhone and instantly see the balance and trip history — perfect for travelers and daily commuters in Japan. ■ Features ◆ Instant balance Tap "Scan card" and hold the top of your iPhone against the card. You'll see the balance and how much it changed since your last scan. Add the home screen widget to see your last balance anytime. ◆ History that stays The card itself only keeps the last 20 records — Choimi saves them on every scan, so your history keeps growing. Station names are shown automatically. ◆ Multiple cards Name each card (commute Suica, kids' PASMO…) and switch between them. ◆ CSV export Share your history as a CSV file with amounts — handy for expense reports. ■ Why Choimi • No ads — supported by optional tips • No sign-up, works offline • Privacy first — card data stays on your iPhone and is never sent anywhere • Read-only — nothing is ever written to your card • English & Japanese ■ Supported cards Suica / PASMO / ICOCA / Kitaca / TOICA / manaca / SUGOCA / nimoca / Hayakaken Notes: • Requires an iPhone with NFC • Physical cards only: cards stored in a phone (Mobile Suica, Suica in Apple Pay, Mobile PASMO) cannot be read • Postpaid cards (PiTaPa) and e-money cards (Edy, nanaco, WAON) are not supported • This app only reads balances — it cannot top up your card
