WeCheck-In is a program platform for businesses that run loyalty, membership and event programs. Issue digital passes straight to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, then check members in, award points and redeem rewards from any counter, gate or shop floor. UNLIMITED PROGRAMS WITH ONE PLATFORM • Loyalty — award and redeem points, run a tier ladder, and convert points to real value at a rate you set. • Membership — check members in and out, manage plans and branches, and track visit history and expiry. • Event — run single or multi-day events, check attendees in at the gate and watch attendance live. FAST CHECK-IN Scan a member's pass with the camera, or type their code when a phone is flat. QR, Aztec, PDF417 and Code 128 are all supported. Every scan is approved or declined instantly, with the reason shown on screen and written to an audit log. WALLET PASSES THAT STAY CURRENT Passes are issued to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and updated in place. A points balance, a tier change, a new expiry date or an edited member ID reaches the card already in your customer's pocket — no reissue, no reinstall. MEMBERS, TIERS AND REWARDS Build your own member fields, import members in bulk, and choose how member codes are generated. Loyalty tiers carry their own colours and artwork, so a Gold card genuinely looks different from a Silver one. Points, redemptions and reward conversions are all recorded in a ledger you can review per member. WHO IT'S FOR Coffee shops, retail chains, gyms and studios, clubs and associations, conferences and festivals — anyone who wants their customers carrying a card that is always up to date. Passes powered by WePass.
