About Forgetful Jones
Forgetful Jones keeps your daily routines and makes sure they actually get done: the pills, the gym bag, the grocery list, all the little things that are easy to forget. MAKE A ROUTINE FOR ANYTHING • A routine is a simple list: "Morning pills", "Walmart list", "Leaving the gym" • Put lists in sections and give them colours • Add, reorder, copy and paste steps, or combine two lists into one FOUR WAYS TO CHECK IT OFF • Tap it off the list • Say it out loud: "I took my vitamin D" • Let the app ask you, and keep asking until you answer • Record a few seconds of video as proof. The clip is checked on your device for things like a hand reaching the mouth, and you always have the final say. HANDS-FREE WITH SIRI Say "Hey Siri, open Forgetful Jones" and it asks whether you'd like to make a new routine or add to one you have. Then just talk: "New routine", "Add a step", "Edit the gym bag", "Remove towel", "Every weekday at 7 AM", "Remember to pick up my jacket", "What was the last task?" REMINDED AT THE RIGHT MOMENT • At a time of day, on the days you choose • When you arrive at a place: your shopping list at the store • When you leave one: "Got your clothes?" as you walk out of the gym • A one-time reminder on any single step A HISTORY YOU CAN TRUST See what got done each day, list by list, and a calendar of what was scheduled, done or missed. ON ALL YOUR DEVICES Your lists and history stay in step on iPhone, iPad and Apple-silicon Mac through your own iCloud account. Videos stay on the device that recorded them. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data lives on your devices and in your own private iCloud. SUBSCRIPTION Forgetful Jones Yearly: 1 month free, then $9.99 per year. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free month ends. • The subscription renews automatically each year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. • Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. • Any unused part of the free month is forfeited when you buy a subscription. What’s new
Version 1.0.2 · Updated October 20, 2026
Fixed: the app’s voice and listening now work when a Bluetooth speaker, car or headset is connected — it uses the phone’s own speaker and microphone. • Want to use your headset? Say “Bluetooth on” (and “Bluetooth off” to go back), or choose it in Setup ▸ Voice and microphone. • Fixed a crash when switching between Bluetooth and the phone. • If the phone’s volume is turned all the way down, the app now tells you.
