About Dedekto: Learn English

In Dedekto, you are the detective. In short, friendly mysteries you ask the characters questions in English, collect clues and find out who did it. When a question has a mistake, Dedekto gently corrects it and explains why in Turkish. WELCOME TO THE CURIOSITY CLUB You are the newest member of a small mystery club run by Fatma Teyze and Fındık the cat. A missing birthday cake, a football that vanishes before the big match, a snowy train journey... every mystery leads to the next. HOW TO PLAY • Explore the scene and find the glowing clues. • Tap a character and type a question in English: "Where were you at three o'clock?" • Use the clues in your notebook to guess who did it. • Solve it, then read the confession, what really happened and the happy ending. ENGLISH FOR TURKISH SPEAKERS • Corrections built around the mistakes Turkish speakers make most: missing helper verbs, tenses and question order. • A short, clear Turkish explanation with every correction. • Twelve mysteries at A1, A2 and B1 level, from easy to harder. • Read the stories in English, or check the Turkish with one tap. • Listen to the characters' replies. STUCK? Fatma Teyze's hints and the "show a clue" suggestions help you along. A wrong guess is never a penalty: just keep looking. FAMILY-FRIENDLY No scares, no violence. Just warm, funny "who did it?" fun. No ads, no tracking. OFFLINE, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED Start playing right away, no sign-up. The mysteries are inside the app, so you can play on a plane, on the road, anywhere. If you like, sign in with Apple or email to keep your progress. NEW: THE TOKYO FILES The club goes to Japan! A lucky cat missing from a corner shop, a golden ladle at a ramen shop in Asakusa, a red hand print at a sumo stable in Ryogoku and a scroll on the bullet train to Kyoto. Ask tourists and exchange students questions in English and solve four Tokyo mysteries. CASE PACKS Three mysteries are free: the first two of Season 1 and Tokyo chapter 1. The other six Season 1 mysteries come in the one-time "Season 1 Case Pack", the other three Tokyo mysteries in the one-time "Tokyo Files" pack. No subscription: buy once, keep forever. You can restore your purchase at any time. Privacy policy: https://dedekto.web.app/privacy Support: [email protected]
