About Kura: Energy & Cycle

Your ADHD isn't the same every day. Neither is your cycle. Some days you can do everything. Other days, three things are already too much – and in the luteal phase, focus, mood and motivation can get even harder. Kura shows you which kind of day it is, before it runs you over. YOUR DAILY BATTERY Every morning, Kura works out your battery for the day from your cycle phase, last night's sleep and your recent energy. One number, explained: you see exactly why today is a 29 or a 70. SOME DAYS, ONE TASK IS ENOUGH Instead of an endless to-do list, Kura gives you a daily limit in spoons – inspired by spoon theory. On low days, it suggests fewer and smaller tasks. On strong days, you know you can take on more. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no login, no email • Your entries stay on your iPhone – we never see them • No ads. Your data is never sold • Export everything any time – it's yours NO STREAKS. NO GUILT. A ten-second check-in in the evening: rate your energy, tap what drained you and what helped. Missed a day? Fill it in later – or don't. No streaks, no points, no red overdue flags. PATTERNS THAT ARE YOURS Over time, Kura learns what costs you energy and what recharges you in each phase of your cycle – work, screen time, conflict, nature, movement, creativity and more. You get gentle tips for the days ahead. CYCLE-AWARE, WITH APPLE HEALTH Kura knows where you are in your cycle and plans for lows before they come. If you like, it reads your past periods and your sleep from Apple Health, so it's useful from day one. On hormonal contraception? Kura adjusts and relearns.
