About Baby Brain – Feed & Sleep

It's 3 a.m. Which side was it? And when was the last feed? Baby Brain is made for exactly those moments. Pick left or right, tap Start, and stop when you're done – in the app, from Control Centre or with Siri. The app remembers the rest. Please note: the app is in Danish. If you don't read Danish, it may not be the right fit. RIGHT NOW • Time since the last feed, nap and nappy change, and when the next one is likely – based on your baby's own typical times over the past 14 days • Switches to the night-time rhythm at night, because it's rarely the same as the day's FEEDING • Start, pause and stop – feeding time excludes the pauses • Left/right and optional nipple shield • Bottle in ml or oz • Forgot to stop? You get a reminder, and the app suggests a sensible end time instead of logging four hours • Edit or delete an entry afterwards SLEEP • Start and stop naps and night sleep • Expected next nap and bedtime, with an optional reminder shortly before • Longest stretch of the night • An optional fixed wake window with settling time, if you'd rather go by that NAPPIES • Wet or dirty with one tap, on its own tab STATISTICS AND HISTORY • Day-by-day history with the time between feeds • Bars for feeding, sleep and nappies, with a colour key and a short explanation for every number • Night-time wake-ups and the longest stretch of the night • Sleep per 24 hours, with the Danish Health Authority's recommended sleep for your baby's age as a guide (needs a birth date) BABY • Growth: weight, length and head circumference, each with its own chart and percentile bands by sex • Vitamin D reminder that skips the day once the drops are given • To-do list with reminders for everything else you'd otherwise forget SOUNDS • Seven sounds to fall asleep to – soft rain, waves, night air, airplane, voices, fireplace and train – with a timer • Play it on a speaker with AirPlay FOR THE LONG NIGHTS • Dark theme – including "dark at night" from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., even when your phone is set to light • Four colour themes, each with a light and a dark version • Large buttons that are easy to hit one-handed ALSO • Home and Lock Screen widget, Control Centre buttons and Siri shortcuts • Export to spreadsheet, full backup and import of a backup • If you'd like to support the developer, you can give a voluntary amount.
