VastuPlus: Society Maintenance

VastuPlus runs a housing society's monthly maintenance collection: dues, payments, expenses and the balance sheet. It replaces the treasurer's spreadsheet and the receipt book, and gives every member their own view of what they owe and what they paid. FOR THE TREASURER • Add members by wing and unit with their monthly maintenance amount • Start a month and every member's due is raised automatically • Record payments by cash, bank or UPI; a numbered receipt goes out on WhatsApp and email • Batch entry for the day the bank statement arrives • Advances that carry forward and clear future months on their own • Expenses by category, other income, and society funds with their own ledgers • Close the month and the balance rolls into the next one • Collection sheet with a defaulters filter and a one-tap reminder • Cancel a receipt with a reason; the audit trail keeps both REPORTS THAT AUDITORS ACCEPT • Monthly and financial-year reports as PDF and Excel • Balance sheet, fund reports, member statements • Read-only auditor access with its own login • Every action logged with who did it and when FOR MEMBERS • My dues and my payment history, with every receipt • Noticeboard, polls, events and facility bookings • Raise a complaint and follow it to closure • Society directory and documents • Notifications for notices, dues and complaints • Receipts and notices in Marathi, Hindi or English BUILT FOR INDIAN SOCIETIES • Wing and unit numbering, CHS-style receipts • WhatsApp first: receipts, reminders and notices where members already are • Works on any phone; the same account on the web at vastuplus.in Each society's data is fully isolated. Members see only their own society. VastuPlus is a product of Weoto Technologies, Pune.
