MÖRK: Meter Readings

End of the month, time to send your meter readings — and once again you're digging through notes for last month's numbers and doing the math on a calculator? MORK does it for you: enter the numbers, and in a minute you have a ready calculation you can send right away. WHO IT'S FOR • Tenants — send your landlord the readings and the utility total every month. • Landlords — keep track of all your apartments: who has sent readings, how much is due, how costs are changing. • Homeowners — simply know how much you pay and for what. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your apartment and its meters: water, electricity, gas, heat. Day/night two-rate meters are no problem. 2. Enter your rates. Prices went up? Add the new rate with a start date — past months stay calculated at the old one. 3. Each month, enter only the new numbers. Snap a photo of the meter as proof. 4. MORK calculates how much was used and how much is due — per meter and in total. A READY MESSAGE FOR YOUR LANDLORD OR TENANT No more typing "Water: was 123, now 128…" by hand. MORK writes a neat message for you: readings "before → after", usage, rate, the amount for each meter, extra charges, rent and the total due. Send it via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, iMessage or email together with meter photos — so the recipient sees the numbers are real. Sent messages are kept in history exactly as they went out: even if the rate changes later, you can always show what you sent and when. EVERYTHING THAT GOES INTO THE BILL • Service fees, trash collection, intercom, internet and any other monthly charges • Heating by floor area — only during the heating season, prorated for partial months • Rent with its own currency and history of increases • Different currencies for different apartments NOTHING SLIPS YOUR MIND • Reminders on the day and time that suits you — exactly when to take readings • "Needs attention": what's still missing, where a rate is missing, where usage looks suspiciously high • Warnings when a new reading is lower than the previous one or a month was skipped SEE WHERE THE MONEY GOES Monthly usage charts, comparison with the previous period, reports for each apartment and each resource. Full history — forever and free. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No sign-up, no ads. Data lives on your phone and syncs through your own iCloud — we never see it. Lock the app with Face ID if you like.
