Cabin AI

Cabin AI is an AI that lives on your iPhone. Not in a data centre, not on someone else's server. Right there in your pocket. Switch on Airplane Mode and it still answers. On a plane, in the hills, in a basement with one bar of signal. Your questions, drafts and photos stay on your iPhone, because there is nowhere else for them to go. START IN SECONDS Cabin uses Apple's built-in on-device model, so you can chat the moment you open it. No sign-up, no account, no waiting. WHO'S HOME? Invite more models to move in. Qwen, Gemma and Ministral each bring their own personality and get their own cabin with a colored window. Switch any time, even mid-conversation: the new model reads what came before and carries on. PACK FOR ANYTHING Packs give your models a speciality, with no signal needed: • Encyclopedia: up to 50,000 articles from Wikipedia • London: exact Tube and Elizabeth line routes • Country Essentials: plugs, tipping, time zones and emergency numbers for 240 countries • Survival: what to do when you're lost, cold or the power goes, from official guidance Replies show which pack they used. Find them all in Provisions, alongside your models. SHOW IT A PHOTO Snap a plant, a menu or a fridge full of leftovers and ask about it. For trickier questions, some models think it through step by step. Peek at their thinking, or tap Answer now if you're in a hurry. MOVING IN Models download in the background while you keep chatting, each pane of the window lighting up in your Dynamic Island. Cabin only offers models your iPhone can comfortably run. MADE TO FEEL AT HOME Clean, quiet and quick, like part of iOS. Replies can come as a ready-to-send draft you can pass straight to Messages. Tell it once how you like it to talk, and every model follows. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO Open your iPhone Duo and Cabin spreads across both pages: chats on one side, the conversation on the other. YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS No accounts. No ads. No tracking. No analytics. Chats stay on you them, and you can export them any time. Cabin only goes online to download a model or pack you asked for. GOOD TO KNOW • Cabin works on iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 or later. The built-in model needs Apple Intelligence; downloadable models need enough memory, and Cabin only shows what fits. • Models are a few gigabytes each and can download on Wi-Fi only. • Survival is practical guidance, not medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first. Come in. The light's on.
