About DeskFlow: Workday Movement

You don't need another workout app. You need to stop sitting all day. DeskFlow is built for people who work at a desk six to twelve hours a day — developers, designers, founders, students, anyone whose job happens in a chair. It isn't a gym app and it doesn't ask for thirty minutes. It asks for forty-five seconds. Movement Debt A single number for how long you've been still, and how much a short break would help. It builds while you sit and drops when you move. It runs on a work clock, not a wall clock — sitting from 6pm to 9am doesn't count against you. It knows when not to interrupt you Most reminder apps fire on a timer. DeskFlow runs thirteen checks before it says anything: your working hours, your lunch break, how long since the last prompt, whether you've hit your daily limit — and whether you already got up. Walk to the kitchen and the reminder quietly disappears. You never even know it was queued. Ignore us a few times and we back off automatically. No setting to change. Stealth Mode Nobody at work needs to know. In Stealth, DeskFlow only ever suggests movements nobody would notice — shoulder rolls, ankle circles, wrist work, breathing. No jumping jacks in an open-plan office. Ever. Seventy movements, chosen for a desk Neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, wrists, hips, legs, ankles, eyes. Each with a clear animation and one line of instruction. Nothing to browse, nothing to decide — DeskFlow picks. Thirty seconds, one minute, or three Pick a length. That's the whole decision. Desk Score A daily 0–100 summary of how well your workday was broken up. Break rhythm, longest sitting stretch, time spent moving, screen breaks. Everywhere you already look Home and Lock Screen widgets. A Live Activity in the Dynamic Island while a reset runs. Apple Watch. Siri and Shortcuts — "Hey Siri, start a reset in DeskFlow." Private by design No account. No sign-up. Your movement history and step data stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. Step data, if you allow it, is read only to work out whether you've already moved, and is never used for advertising. DeskFlow Free includes reminders, three resets a day, Stealth Mode, your Desk Score and a week of history — free forever. DeskFlow Pro adds unlimited resets, the full timing engine, every reset pack, your complete history, widgets and Live Activities, Siri and Shortcuts, the whole movement library, and removes all ads.
