About Parenting Time & Care Log

Keep a clear, organized record of parenting time, child handoffs, schedule changes, and everyday care—even when you're managing everything on your own. Parenting Time & Care Log is designed for parents and caregivers who want to plan ahead, document what actually happened, and review their child's care history in one private place. You can use the app independently, without asking another parent to join, and share selected records when needed. PLAN PARENTING TIME Organize upcoming responsibilities in a simple calendar. • Schedule parenting time, handoffs, calls, and appointments • Add school activities and other care events • Browse plans in a monthly calendar • Filter scheduled events by creator RECORD WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED Plans and real-life events don't always match. Keep a separate record of completed care activities. • Complete a planned event or add a record directly • Save actual times, outcomes, locations, and notes • Attach photos for additional context • Keep submitted records locked and track later corrections separately REVIEW YOUR CARE HISTORY See how plans and care events developed over time. • View a chronological timeline of events and updates • Review edits, corrections, supplements, and status changes • Filter records by date range or creator • Export detailed PDF reports or CSV files for personal review KEEP CHILD DETAILS TOGETHER Store health information, school contacts, emergency details, and priority notes separately from your calendar. USE IT ON YOUR OWN OR SHARE SELECTIVELY No second parent is required to start organizing your records. When collaboration is useful, invite another parent to view information for selected children and categories. New records within the shared scope are available while sharing is active. You can revoke ongoing access by stopping sharing. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT, WITH ICLOUD SYNC Records are stored locally on your device first. With iCloud enabled, Apple CloudKit helps keep your information in sync across supported devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Your information is not shared with another parent unless you enable sharing. CALENDAR INTEGRATION Add planned events to calendars available on your iPhone to keep important dates in view. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Some features require an in-app subscription; pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled and can be managed or canceled in your Apple Account settings.
