Designed by a physiology professor, Cardia World helps you turn daily cardio into a lasting habit—one that supports cardiovascular health and a longer, healthier life. Your effort becomes something you can see. Record your cardio and build a living 3D world, from your first home to a thriving neighborhood, city, and planet. Each day gives you a reason to return, move, and keep growing. DAILY CARDIO, WITH A PURPOSE Choose a goal that fits your life. Walk briskly, run, cycle, swim, dance, or do another cardio workout you enjoy. Build a routine around consistent movement and watch your progress add up. CONNECT APPLE HEALTH AND APPLE WATCH With your permission, Cardia World reads steps and recorded workouts from Apple Health. Record a workout using Apple Watch's Workout app or another app that saves to Apple Health, then sync in Cardia World on your iPhone. You can also enter cardio minutes manually. Apple Watch is optional; Cardia World runs on iPhone and iPad. WATCH YOUR EFFORT COME TO LIFE Earn homes, gardens, streets, and new places to name.
