Vehicle Handover

Keep a clear record of each vehicle pickup, collection and delivery. Vehicle Handover helps recovery and vehicle transport businesses record the vehicle, its condition and the people involved at both ends of a job. Review the details, capture a signature and confirm the handover. The app prepares a PDF report and emails copies to the customer and your business. • Record customer, vehicle, collection and delivery details. • Add vehicle photos, mileage and condition notes for each stage. • Capture signatures against the reviewed handover record. • Keep collection and delivery together in one job. • Create collection and delivery PDF reports with your business details. • Check report email status and access saved records. • Invite staff with their own sign-ins and share one business allowance. • Control staff access and billing as the business owner. Start with five free starter jobs, once per business. These jobs do not automatically start a paid subscription. If you need more jobs, choose an optional monthly plan: Starter: 80 jobs per billing month — £4.99/month (UK) or $4.99/month (US). Standard: 200 jobs per billing month — £9.99/month (UK) or $9.99/month (US). Plus: 500 jobs per billing month — £19.99/month (UK) or $19.99/month (US). Eligible new subscribers receive one month free on their chosen plan. This introductory subscription offer is separate from the five starter jobs. After the free month, the subscription renews at the displayed monthly price unless cancelled. One job covers collection and delivery. Unused monthly jobs do not roll over. When the allowance is used, you can finish existing jobs and access saved reports within their retention period. There are no automatic overage charges. The app displays the subscription price for your App Store region before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple. You can manage your subscription in your Apple account settings. Cloud photos and reports are retained for 12 months, with at least 30 days’ notice before removal. Download reports you need to keep longer. Cloud photos are optimized copies; keep original photographs separately.
