Wigglup

Make room for movement in your day. Busy days make it easy to forget to move. Wigglup helps you build short exercise breaks into your routine and stay consistent, one day at a time. MAKE TIME TO MOVE Set a reminder for your next movement break. Keep it simple: a short set of squats, then get back to your day. PUT YOUR PLAN INTO PRACTICE Choose a reminder interval and a repetition goal that fit your routine. For example, plan 10 squats every 45 minutes. COUNT REPS WITH YOUR CAMERA Wigglup uses camera pose detection to help count repetitions during supported exercises. Position your phone so your movement is clearly visible, allow camera access, and follow the guidance in the app. BUILD YOUR DAILY STREAK Keep your momentum going with daily streaks. Make movement part of your routine, one short exercise break at a time. SMALL BREAKS THAT FIT YOUR DAY You don't need to turn every break into a full workout. Wigglup is designed around short moments of movement between the things you're already doing. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
