About Pochitto Pocket: Kids Games
A pocket full of play. Pochitto Pocket is a collection of 69 learning games for children aged 2 to 7, and every one of them is free. No ads. No in-app purchases. No sign-up. Every question is read aloud, so even kids who can't read yet can play on their own. THREE "NO"s, FOR PEACE OF MIND - No ads: nothing for little fingers to tap by accident - No in-app purchases: nothing locked, no paywalls, no daily limits - No sign-up: we never ask for a name or an email, so there is nothing to leak On top of that, no data is collected and the app works fully offline. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT 1. Stroke-order tracing ABC, abc and 123 are checked one stroke at a time: where it starts, which way it goes and its place in the order. A gentle hint explains any slip, and a pen shows the way after two tries. 2. A garden to grow with stars Stars earned in the games buy eggs, seeds and decorations. Kids raise rhino beetles, stag beetles and flowers, feeding them, cleaning up and watering, and place slides, balls and more wherever they like. A reward they can see keeps them coming back. 3. Games kids can't put down Battle dinosaurs with taps and sums, pop ghosts, bop moles, or slide a finger to steer a rocket and break blocks. Kids build hand-eye coordination and timing while they play. 4. Classic games, made for little ones Red light green light, jigsaws, tic-tac-toe, bingo, Simon says, picture sudoku and more: favorites from around the world, made simple enough for small children. 5. Grows from age 2 to Grade 1 Ages 2-3, Ages 4-5, Grade 1 and a Japanese tab, with 69 games in all. Heart the ones your child loves to keep them together under Favorites. Ages are just a guide, so children can play anything they like. Each game has 6 levels that adjust automatically to your child's answers. 6. Made for siblings Add up to 4 children. Each one keeps their own records, levels, stickers and play time. Instructions are in English and the words are spoken in Japanese. FOR PARENTS - Parent Mode, behind a quick math check, shows the week at a glance, a calendar of play days, records for each game and common mix-ups - Set a daily play-time limit (15 to 120 minutes); a gentle screen says when time is up - Adjust music and sound-effect volume (10 steps), read-aloud, difficulty and language (English or Japanese) - A guide to Guided Access (built into iPhone and iPad), which keeps your child inside the app - Delete records or all data at any time - Send us ideas for new games from "Ideas and feedback" Stroke-order data is adapted from KanjiVG ((C) Ulrich Apel, CC BY-SA 3.0).
