Detox Time: Focus Alarm

Sorry to bother you. It's time to put your phone down. Detox Time gives your good intentions a little backup: scheduled focus alarms that remind you to return to your detox session. MAKE TIME FOR LESS SCROLLING Choose one or more daily detox windows. Give each one a name, change its hours, or turn it off whenever you need to. A REMINDER THAT COMES BACK When an enabled detox window begins, an alarm reminds you to start. Dismiss it and a five-minute countdown begins before the next reminder. See the countdown on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN, KEEP DETOX OPEN Start a session whenever you want. Keep the detox screen visible while you do something else. Alarms stay quiet and your session time adds up. Leave an active session and a five-minute reminder helps you come back. Only time with the detox screen visible counts. A LITTLE REWARD FOR SHOWING UP Earn a sphere for every accumulated 25 minutes. Unfinished progress carries into your next session. Reveal different colors and expressions, then tilt your phone to watch your collection roll around. Your first three spheres are on us. YOUR TIME, AT A GLANCE See your weekly total and past sessions. Ready to finish? Hold anywhere on the detox screen for five seconds. Free to use. No account, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Your schedules, session history, and collection stay on your device. Requires iOS 26 or later. Alarm reminders need your permission; manual sessions work without it. Live Activities and Dynamic Island availability depend on your device and iOS settings. Detox Time is a reminder and focus timer: it does not block access to other apps or measure their screen time.
